Life Care Planning
A person seriously injured in any "incident" or "accident" will require a plan for the care that will be necessary for the remainder of his or her life. The most experienced health care provider in formulating care plans is a professional nurse.
Any Life Care Plan prepared for you by nurses from Eagle Eye Record Review will be done with the precision and care that is the standard for all that we do.

“This is an extremely complex service. Severely injured people require multiple interventions to help with activities of daily living, as well as ongoing medical treatment. They will require various therapies, equipment, assistive services, and adaptive devices. The stress on the family due to the changed abilities and needs of the injured person cannot be ignored. There will probably be need for respite services and therapy for the spouse and children.
On the other hand, a Life Care Plan that is overly padded will not be acceptable to the defense, and is therefore not effective. The plan needs to be accurate and specific to the injured person.”
